Service Description

Together we will discuss your health history and determine practical, in-depth ways to support your health. This is an hour and half call were we will listen to your entire health story and from your specific history and health goals we will work with you to determine a detailed plan on how to best address your needs. You can expect leaving the call feeling heard, supported, and like you have a detailed individualized approach being created for you. This call will be focused on hearing your story and goals while connecting them with your specific concerns. You will be provided with practical next steps to support your health. It can be a challenge to make this commitment to your health, but I know it will be worth it. Doing it with a practitioner to support you along the journey and not just sending you to the wind makes all the difference. You have someone on your team to fully support you in your goals.
